Meet Theodore!

Theodore is a 6-month-old shepherd mix with brains, charm, and a whole lot of heart. He’s incredibly smart, very food-motivated, and listens exceptionally well for his age—making training both fun and rewarding. He already knows how to sit on command and is fully potty trained, which is pretty impressive for such a young pup. Truly, he’s an all-around good boy.

Theodore has a moderate energy level and a great balance of playfulness and calm. He loves being outdoors, exploring his surroundings, and soaking up fresh air, so a home with a fenced-in yard would be ideal for him. In his foster home, he does great with other dogs and is friendly with kids. Because he’s still growing and sometimes doesn’t realize how big he is, we recommend a home without children under 5 years old.

This sweet boy would thrive in a home ready to continue building on his strong training foundation while giving him the love, structure, and outdoor time he enjoys. We are looking for a forever home with a fenced in yard so that he can play to his heart’s content. He is currently being both crate and leash trained in his foster home, and he is making great progress! He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

With his intelligence, sweet nature, and eagerness to please, Theodore is going to make an incredible lifelong companion.

Theodore is currently being fostered in Round Rock, TX and is available for adoption in Texas and the Northeastern states.
