Meet Terri!
This gorgeous, sleek-coated girl is looking for a loving forever family.
Terri’s story is one of heartbreak and hope. Her mom and 6 siblings were found after being discarded in a vehicle salvage lot— thrown away like garbage. But thanks to one of our amazing foster families, these precious puppies got a second chance. Now, Terri is growing up surrounded by love, learning what it means to be safe, cherished, and wanted.
Terri is a 3-month-old, female currently weighing about 10 pounds. We believe that she may be a Labrador and Pit mix who will grow into a medium-sized adult dog! For now, she's an adorable, spirited puppy who is full of potential.
This energetic little girl is full of life and puppy curiosity. Like most young puppies, Terri isn’t housebroken or crate trained yet. She will need a patient, consistent family who understands that raising a puppy takes time, routine, and lots of guidance. The good news? Terri is smart, eager to learn, and naturally curious — all the makings of a great student!
Terri is well-socialized with her siblings and the other dogs in her foster home, and she’s had some exposure to children, too. We don’t know how she’d do with cats just yet, as she hasn’t met any.
She’s active, playful, and still discovering the world. Her ideal home will be one that’s excited to help her grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog — with lots of positive experiences, structure, and love along the way.
Terri is being fostered in Killeen, TX and is adoptable throughout Texas and Northeastern states.
