A Gentle, Loving Couch Connoisseur. Teresa is a sweet, 2-year-old Shepherd Mix with an infectious zest for life and the softest ears you'll ever pet. Weighing in at about 35 lbs, she’s the perfect mid-size companion, always ready for a snuggle or a burst of play—whichever you prefer!

Teresa is a gentle soul who prizes comfort, but she's always ready for a burst of fun! Her laid-back temperament makes her wonderfully adaptable. She has survived a lot of hardship in her 2 short years of life, including cancer (which she beat!) and losing her puppies, so we’re looking for the best home for this sweet angel girl.

The Couch Connoisseur: Teresa's favourite pastime is lounging! She is deeply affectionate and gentle, thriving on quality time with her people. She loves to lean against you, burrow under a blanket, and be a dedicated shadow during movie night or remote work.

The Playful Pup: Being young, she still has moments of classic puppy energy. She loves a good zoomie session in the yard or a rousing game with a squeaky toy. She is highly intelligent and food-motivated, which makes training a delight.

Good Citizen: She meets new people and other dogs with friendly, open enthusiasm. is getting better at kennel training every day and is fully house-trained. She sleeps throughout the night quietly in her kennel. May need more training walking on a leash.

Because Teresa is still young and quickly learning good manners, she needs a family committed to ongoing structure and love. Teresa would thrive in a home that values both relaxation and daily activity. She would like regular walks and playtime but she is also happily content to settle down for long periods. A fenced yard is a bonus for her zoomie bursts.

Teresa loves people and gets along great with other dogs. She is also great with cats and kids! Due to her gentle and loving nature, she would likely do well in a variety of family structures.

Teresa is up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. She is a healthy girl with a shiny coat and a clean bill of health! And sometimes she can be quite the conversationalist! One of her most charming quirks is her ability to be vocal when she’s excited or has something important to tell you.
