Meet Sunfyre, a six-month-old Miniature Golden Retriever mix with a heart as warm as his name! Weighing in at 28 pounds, Sunfyre is the perfect blend of playful energy and loyal affection. He absolutely adores romping around with other dogs and would thrive in a home where he can have a furry friend or plenty of playdates. With a natural love for positive reinforcement, Sunfyre is eager to please and continues to blossom into a well-mannered companion. He's already potty trained and does great with kids, making him a wonderful addition to a family with little ones.

Sunfyre does have a spirited side — he has a high prey drive and would prefer a cat-free home. He can also be a bit protective of his treats, so a family that understands respectful boundaries and gentle guidance will help him continue to thrive. Sunfyre’s ideal home would have a fenced yard where he can safely chase, zoom, and soak up the sunshine. This sweet boy is located in Easton, CT, and is available for adoption in CT, NY, RI, and VT.
