Meet Scooby! A real-life doppelgänger for Scooby Doo, this amazingly loving dog will be a wonderful companion for his lucky forever family!

Scooby has a wonderful personality. He is very gentle, almost timid, and will sit patiently next to humans, waiting to be loved on. He loves to be where the action is and will happily hang out with his humans and doggie friends all day long! His beautiful eyes and calm demeanour bring a calm energy to wherever he is.

Scooby LOVES all dogs and people. He is friendly and playful with dogs of all sizes. He hasn’t met a human that he didn’t love, and although he is a little shy to start with, he warms up quickly with treatos and lovings! Despite his shy nature, Scooby has started to go out to new places for walks, and although he is always wary, he is getting more and more comfortable as he explores more of the world.

Scooby is a 1.5-year-old Labrador * Shepherd mix who weighs 50lbs. He is a quick learner: he is fully crate and potty trained and he understands basic commands. He is great on a leash and does not destroy any household furniture.

Scooby was very fearful when he came to the rescue, and while his demeanour has improved immeasurably, he’s still timid and fearful if other dogs get aggressive or over enthusiastic around him. He is prone to being oppressed by bigger personalities, so we’re looking for a home with a well-matched doggie sibling who won’t stifle his amazing progress!
