Meet Savannah, a long-haired Chihuahua beauty with the perfect mix of sweet and spice.

Savannah is a sweet 2-year-old chihuahua who weighs a teeny 8 lbs. She is very in tune with her humans and will tilt her head when she’s listening to you speak! She is loyal and sweet and will even watch tv with her people! She likes to be near her people but isn’t a clingy lap dog.

Savannah is playful and easy going. She is happy to chill all day while her foster mom works from home, but she’ll also play with toys and her foster siblings. She loves to be carried around but isn’t a kisser! If you tap your hands in front of her, she does this cute tapping thing back with her front paws.

Savannah does fancy herself to be the neighbourhood watch, so she’ll let you know if she sees anything that she deems as “suspicious activity” close to the house. And she definitely believes that her own reflection is not to be trusted! For this reason, we recommend no apartments or townhouses.

Savannah does well in a crate, is almost potty trained and is working hard at her leash skills. Like a typical chihuahua, Savannah is protective of her people, so she would do best in a home without a lot of visitors. Despite her strong loyal streak, she doesn’t suffer from any separation anxiety.
