Meet Roxie, a beautiful 55-pound pittie mix whose heart is as big as her goofy grin!

Estimated to be around 3 years old, this soulful sweetheart is equal parts snuggle bug and loyal shadow. Roxie adores her humans and wants nothing more than to be by your side—whether she’s curled up next to you on the couch or quietly following you around the house.

Roxie is already potty trained and thrives with routine, especially when there are treats involved—this girl is smart, food-motivated, and learns quickly! Roxie would prefer for her forever home to be one with a securely fenced in yard (she’s a sneaky little escape artist!) and one without cats.

Roxie has done wonderfully with the other dogs in her foster home, though she appreciates a little warm-up time with new dog friends. She’s been gentle and affectionate with every person she’s met, including young kids, and wins hearts everywhere she goes. While she’s perfectly content in her kennel when left alone, her dream home is with someone who works from home or can spend lots of time with her—she bonds quickly and will become your most loyal companion.

Roxie is currently being fostered in Lago Vista, TX and is available for adoption in both Texas and the Northeastern states.
