Meet Roo!
This 9-week-old Cattle Dog girl is the perfect mix of snuggles and fun!
Because Roo endured living under a trailer and outlasting the flood that took the lives of the entire rest of her litter, we can't help but think of her as a scrappy survivor. She has spirit and bravery to spare!
Whether it's tussling with mama or trying to show the other adult dogs in the house who's boss, she approaches all things in life with plucky determination. She loves toys and playing, and she is so plump and soft we can't help scooping her up for cuddles.
Roo is 9 weeks old and is used to sleeping in a pen with her momma, which is a great start to future crate training. She is too young to be potty trained or to have tried the leash, but she is a smart girl, and we know that she will be easily trainable! Roo would love a home with a fenced in yard and a doggie sibling, but this is not essential.
Roo is being fostered in Round Rock, TX and is adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States.
