Piccata is 1 of 9 puppies in the gorgeous Chickaroo litter!* This 7-week-old retriever mix currently weighs about 8 pounds and already has a big love for life.

She’s a true water dog who delights in splashing and exploring, and she’s happiest when she has a canine buddy by her side. Whether she’s romping in the yard or curled up for a nap, Piccata thrives with the companionship of other dogs and is bursting with playful energy.

Piccata’s Mom is a 40lbs Flat-Coated Retriever mix and we don’t know anything about Dad. Still too young to be potty trained, Piccata is looking for a forever home that understands the joys (and patience) of raising a puppy. Because of her size and young age, she’ll do best in a home with a securely fenced yard, adopters who are home more often than not, and no children under 7.
