Meet Penny!

Pretty Penny is a whole lot of love in a perfectly petite Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier package at 1.5 years old and just 17 pounds! This sweet little love bug is social with both adults, children, and other dogs and is happiest when she can be close to her favourite human(s).

When she's not busy making friends, Penny enjoys all the important things in life: chewing on a good bone, playing with stuffies and squeaky toys, and taking a well-deserved nap on a bed fit for a princess. She LOVES other dogs and is great with kiddos too! And Penny believes there is no such thing as personal space when it comes to her people! Whether you're watching TV, curled up with a good book, or settling in for the night, Penny wants to be right there beside you.

Penny is also a wonderfully well-mannered little lady. She is completely house trained and lets you know when she needs to head outside for a potty break. She walks beautifully on a leash with no pulling and is easily redirected if a squirrel or rabbit happens to cross her path. In other words, Penny is the kind of companion who makes everyday life together easy and enjoyable.

Penny has been spayed, is up to date on all her vaccines, and microchipped. She is now ready to find her forever home! Penny would benefit from having adopters that are either home most of the time or have an easy-going and similarly sized canine companion to help her live her best life! She learned her wonderful leash walking skills thanks to her canine foster siblings, so we know that she really benefits from canine companionship.

After everything this little girl has been through, she deserves a family who will shower her with love and let her enjoy all the good things life has to offer.
