Meet Mika!

Hi! I’m Mika, a ~1-year-old Boston Terrier mix with a petite, lanky build and a big, loving heart. I weigh about 16 pounds, which makes me the perfect size for cuddles and curling up right next to you for naps.

I’m super sweet and truly believe everyone is my friend — from kids to seniors and every human in between. I love playing with my toys, enjoying short walks, and then settling in for cozy downtime. My energy level is just right: I play in spurts, relax easily, and sleep through the night like a champ.

I do great with other dogs and would love a playful sibling, but I could also thrive as an only pup if I get plenty of love and attention. I haven’t met cats yet, but I think I’d be respectful and learn their boundaries. I’m doing really well with potty training and haven’t had an accident in quite a while. At night, I love sleeping in bed with my humans (especially snuggled into the crook of your neck). During the day, my fosters crate me while they’re away just to be safe since I’m still young — but I’m an easy, trustworthy girl and likely to graduate free-roaming as I get a little older.

My favourite things include: Toys Naps Treats & food Snuggling (especially close!) Sunbathing in the yard I don’t really have any quirks — I’m just a good, easy dog looking for a loving home. A family with a backyard would be a dream, but mostly I just want people to call my own. I have done well in every environment that my foster family has put me in.
