Meet Maple!

This 1-year-old mini-Kelpie/Shepherd/something adorable mix weighs only 26lbs!

Maple is a very sweet, calm and sensitive dog who loves to be near her humans. She does great with younger kids and loves to curl up on beds next to her human.

Maple’s eyes are beautiful and soulful and appear to peer into your heart. She starts off shy and skittish but with a little patience she will quickly come out of her shell and become your best friend. Maple does seem to bond particularly well with kids so a home with teen kiddos would be extra amazing for her.

Maple is fully potty trained and does not destroy anything in her foster family’s home. She does require a securely fenced in yard to help her learn to explore the world in a safe place and a confident doggie sibling who can help her to gain confidence in the world! She is learning that her crate is a safe place and has started to enjoy hanging out there during the day. She sleeps through the night in her crate without a peep.

Maple is a beautiful, gentle soul who needs adopters who are willing to SLOWLY show her the world fun that can be had!

Maple is being fostered in Leander, TX and is adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States.
