Introducing Linnea, a stunning Shepherd mix with a huge heart and the most loving personality.

Linnea is an affectionate and loving girl who will bring joy and fun to her future family’s life. Her striking beautiful looks may be what make her stand out initially, but it’s her charismatic personality that wins hearts. She’s the happiest girl who simply treasures her humans and brings light to tough days. She is a ride-or-die type of girl who will love her forever human(s) unconditionally.

Linnea is enthusiastic about everything. Meal time? Exciting! Walkies? She loves them. Play time? Amazing too! There really isn’t anything she doesn’t like. She makes friends everywhere she goes, whether it’s her foster mom’s favourite coffeeshop or just on walks around the neighbourhood.

Linnea loves other dogs! Her favourite way of inviting them to play is to rub herself along objects like a cat, and she loves to zoomie and play wrestle with her doggie friends. Linnea has met kids of all ages while in foster care and has done wonderfully with them all. She lives with cats in her foster home and she’s great with them too!

Linnea is around 1.5 years old and weighs 48lbs. She is great in her crate, sleeps through the night without a peep, is completely potty trained, and walks like a dream on a leash (which is amazing, since she had never been on a leash before she was rescued!). She has let her foster mom remove stitches and cut her nails without any issues. We think that she is a Shepherd * Husky mix due to her thick, silky coat. She spent time in a TX foster home, and she definitely wasn’t the biggest fan of summer heat! We cannot wait to see her playing in snow.

This sweet, special soul is looking for a family who will make her happy, which really doesn’t take much. Love, walkies, some playtime, and a good snuggly couch are pretty much all she needs. Oh, and treats too! If you’re looking for a lovebug who will bring sunshine to your life, Linnea is your girl.

Linnea is being fostered in RI and is adoptable throughout New England.
