Meet Lexi!

Meet Lexi, your scruffy new best friend!

Lexi is a playful, sweet, loving little girl. She loves playing with her sister and foster siblings. She is a truly special puppy, with the gentlest play style and she doesn’t get mouthy with her people! When she’s sleepy, she likes to cuddle with her person.

Lexi is a bit shy and unsure of new things at first. But once she settles in, she’s a happy, snuggly girl. In fact, she gets so attached to her humans that she would prefer adopters who are home more than not! We are looking for a forever family with the patience to allow her to flourish!

Despite Lexi’s shy and reserved nature, we discovered that she LOVES kids. In fact, she seems to feel a lot safer around them than she does around adults. We’d love to see her go to a home with gentle, loving kiddos. She is also completely cat friendly.

Lexi loves the company of her dog siblings. Her favourite place is to run around in the yard with toys and wrestle/chase her sister. For this reason, she will do best in a home with other doggies and since she loves to run around, a fenced in yard is preferred. She’s working on potty training, and she knows how to use the doggie door. Lexi prefers to sleep with her foster mom, so we hope to find a forever home where she can have that privilege!
