Say hello to Dixie! This precious 9-week-old Chihuahua-Pug mix is looking for a special forever home to call her own. Weighing in at a teeny-tiny 2 pounds, Dixie is a pint-sized darling with a heart full of love and a wonderfully unique personality.

Dixie can be a little shy when she first meets you, but once she knows she is safe, her true colours shine! Underneath that initial quiet exterior is a spunky, wonderfully sassy girl who knows exactly how to charm everyone around her. Her absolute dream day? Being held like a baby by her favourite person all day long.

Because she is so petite, Dixie has a hilarious little quirk: she is not a fan of going outside and having her tummy poked by the tall grass! Because of this, she is currently thriving with potty pad training indoors. She is also a total rockstar at bedtime and happily sleeps all the way through the night in her crate.

Dixie would do best in a calm, gentle home where she can get plenty of reassurance, lots of tasty treats, and endless snuggles. If you have open arms and a warm lap ready for a lifetime of devotion, Dixie is ready to be your ultimate companion!

Dixie is being fostered in Elgin, TX and is adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States.
