Meet Cinnamon!
Meet Cinnamon, a happy, loyal pup who is looking for an active and loving forever home.
Cinnamon is an energetic and adventurous dog who loves to go for runs, play with a tennis ball, and explore new places. She is great on leash, so if you're looking for a jogging or hiking companion, then Cinnamon is your girl!
Cinnamon is a 1-year-old Black Mouth Cur and Border Collie mix. She weighs 30lbs and is the perfect medium size. She's a quick learner and very eager to please, making her a great candidate for training and engaging with new activities.
Cinnamon is wonderful with adults and kids alike. While she is outgoing and loving with her humans, she is initially shy with other dogs, so slow introductions are a must for her. Once she feels comfortable, she is playful and loving with her doggie friends. Cinnamon is also cat friendly!
Cinnamon is used to being left to roam free while her humans are not home. She’s not used to being crated, but she may benefit from learning to be crated so that she has a sanctuary in which to snuggle. She is mostly potty trained; she just needs some positive reinforcement to complete that! Since she has historically experienced a touch of separation anxiety, we would love to find her a forever home with adopters who are home more often than not.
Cinnamon is looking for a forever home where she is cherished, but also where she gets EXERCISE. She is a highly intelligent girl who becomes destructive if her exercise needs are not met, so we are looking for a family who can provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. We believe she’d thrive with exercise such as doggie daycare, agility training, or a lifestyle similar to that of a working dog. If this beautiful little soul seems like the ideal addition to your family, apply to meet her today!
Cinnamon is being fostered in Lakeway, TX and is adoptable throughout Texas and Northeastern states.
