Meet Chloe, a 2-year-old Chihuahua and Rat Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging.

Weighing just 10 pounds, this petite pup has blossomed beautifully from the shy, frightened soul once found living in a cemetery. With patience and kindness, Chloe’s gentle personality has emerged—revealing a playful, toy-hoarding sweetheart who loves nothing more than zooming around with her doggy friends and snuggling into her cozy bed surrounded by her beloved treasures.

Though still shy with new people, Chloe is learning to trust and will thrive in a calm home with someone who understands that good things take time. Once she opens up, she’ll reward you with endless affection and deep loyalty. And seriously, once she opens up, she is the cuddliest, snuggliest girl! She will hop into your lap to give you kisses and she loves to be carried around like a baby.

She’s currently thriving in her foster home where she enjoys the company of other dogs and is nearly fully potty trained with continued support and consistency. She would prefer a forever home without young kiddos and cats.

Chloe’s foster mom describes her as the happiest girl that she has ever seen! If you are able to understand that you will need to earn her trust over the course of a week, then you will be rewarded with the happiest, most fun loving, and most grateful girl on the planet!
