Meet Chex!

Meet Chex! This 3-month-old Chihuahua * Shih Tzu mix is a happy, bouncy, sweet little boy who likes everybody---people, dogs of all sizes, and cats too.

Chex is currently being fostered with his sister, and the antics are nonstop. Playful, curious, and super affectionate, Chex’s tail is always wagging. After a good workout of tussling with his toys and sibling, he’ll settle into your lap for kisses and snuggles. He believes himself to be exceptionally handsome, and he’s right.

Chex is crate-trained and sleeps through the night. He’s a smart little boy---almost potty trained, and he happily trots in and out the door to a fenced-in yard, where he loves to run zoomies with his sibling and the other dogs. He is great with dogs, cats, and human visitors to the house.

Chex currently weighs 11lbs. He loves to chew, and for the most part remembers to use his chew toys as they were intended. Squeaky toys are also a firm favourite. Chex would love a home with a fenced in yard for his adorable zoomies. He is not crate trained because he hates it, instead he sleeps through the night in a bed beside his foster mom’s bed.

Chex is currently being fostered in Central CT and is available for adoption throughout Northeastern States.
