Meet Bunny!
Meet Bunny Bunny, named after Only Murders in the Building, may have started life underweight and overlooked — but today she is thriving, healthy, and ready for her forever family.
At 6 months old and 25 pounds, she’s growing into what will likely be a perfect medium-sized companion. She’s past the tiny puppy chaos stage and has blossomed into an incredibly well-mannered, affectionate young dog. And truly, she is one of the easiest fosters we’ve ever had.
Personality: Bunny is pure sunshine. She’s loving, happy, and deeply people-oriented. She wants to be near you, lean into you, and cuddle whenever possible. She is gentle & sweet, food motivated & eager to please, confident, social & friendly, gets along beautifully with all animals (dogs, cats and even horses!), does well with kiddos, is submissive and respectful with other dogs and is full of love & tails wags. She has that soft, joyful energy that makes her easy to live with. She’s just happy to be included.
Training & Manners: This is where Bunny truly shines. She is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night; no whining or barking. She’s 99% potty trained and has never had an accident in her crate or inside and clearly signals when she needs to go out. She has excellent recall and walks beautifully on a leash. She knows “sit”, is highly food motivated and eager to learn more!
At 25 lbs at 6 months, she’s likely to mature into a wonderful medium-sized dog — big enough for adventures, small enough to be your couch companion. Bunny is the kind of dog people say they’re looking for: trained, affectionate, social, adaptable, and easy. She has already done the hard puppy work. Now she’s just waiting for a family who sees what we see — a loyal, cuddly, happy girl who will love you with her whole heart.
Bunny is being fostered in Dripping Springs, TX and is adoptable throughout Texas and Northeastern states.
