Meet Bobby Jo!

Meet Bobby Jo! Bobby Jo is a gorgeous Pomeranian who is looking for a loving, patient forever home after being rescued from a backyard breeding situation. She is around 3 years old and weighs 10.6lbs!

When Bobby Jo was first rescued, she initially identified her foster mom as the only person she could ever love. But she has since learned that her foster dad is also nice to sit with and that the kids in the house are also good to cuddle with and get treats from! She would do best in a home with older children only, since she does need patience and time to come around to kiddos. She would also thrive in a home with plenty of girl power!

Bobby had such a rough start as a breeder mom in a tiny little cage, but she's been so brave and is really learning to trust a little bit and explore. She's not much of a barker but she has enjoyed charging to the front door whenever the other dogs do to see when a package comes and taking turns at growling at the giant frog that jumps in the outside water bowl. That is a big step from the little dog that was scared to be outside away from her foster mom.

Bobby Jo is super mellow with cats and does. She has a real "live and let live" attitude that works well in a home with other furry friends. And definitely appreciates their company. She is a beautiful girl who loves to be doted on and she returns every drop of love that she receives.

When Bobby Jo came into the rescue her skin and teats were very dry and ulcerated and damaged from poor care and way too many puppies for way too long but with some steroids, anti-itch cream and dedicated wearing of her cotton sleep onesies, her skin is really glowing up and her stomach fur is growing back in. She’s a stunning blonde girl who now loves a good brushing session and a good facial. She is also very well-behaved at the vet, a perfect lady - Bobby Jo appreciates self-care!

Bobby Jo is really one of those dogs where the more you pour love into her, the more she will just return it to you.

Bobby Jo is being fostered in Dripping Springs, TX and is adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States.
