Meet Bilby!

Bilby is a 13-week-old, 10 lb bundle of fluff who’s as sweet and soulful as she looks. Affectionately nicknamed our “mini polar bear cub,” this girl is a gentle spirit with a curious heart. Named after the quirky Australian marsupial, Bilby shares her namesake’s independent streak and dreamy nature.

While her sisters, Possum and Quokka, wrestle like tiny gladiators in training, Bilby prefers to follow butterflies, chase grasshoppers, or lounge in the grass. She’s also a water lover who’s quick to wade into a kiddie pool or paddle around—true to her polar bear persona!

She’s a belly rub enthusiast who will flop over in a heartbeat for some love, and she’ll happily reward you with sleepy snuggles and tail wags. Sweet, curious, and easygoing, Bilby is a terrier mix with a happy-go-lucky attitude and a gentle disposition. Right now, she’s on the mellow side—but like all puppies, she’s still figuring out who she’s going to be.

Like her sisters, Bilby is also doing wonderfully with her training:

• Her recall is very good.

• She’s crate trained and sleeps through the night without a peep or mess.

• She’s almost fully house-trained

• Microchipped

• On monthly preventives

• Fully vaccinated for her age.

The foster puppies are wearing little harnesses with balls attached to keep them from squeezing through the fence! Based on her age and weight, she’s expected to grow into a medium-sized dog.

Bilby is ready to melt hearts and fill a home with love, loyalty, and soft puppy snores. Will you be her forever family?

Bilby is being fostered in Dripping Springs, TX and is adoptable throughout Texas and Northeastern states.
