Meet Bailey, an irresistibly cute 7lbs Dachshund and Beagle mix with adorable green eyes and an amazing personality!

Bailey is a perfect blend of smart, playful, and snuggly. His adorable little face and playful mannerisms will absolutely melt your heart! He loves to be scooped up for cuddles from his humans. And he loves to snuggle on his human’s lap.

Bailey is good with dogs of all sizes and with kiddos too. He does at times get overwhelmed by the roughhousing of the bigger pups (40-pound foster siblings) but he does like to play with them most of the time! His favourite playmate is his sibling, Chuck, with whom he plays extremely well.

Bailey is so smart for his age! At 3 months old, he quickly learned to use a doggie door and to potty outside, although he still has the occasional accident in the house. While Bailey is too young for leash training, we think he’ll do great when given the chance. He is small and can get through gaps in the fence, so if there is a fenced yard in his forever home, it must be secure!

Bailey is crate trained, responds to his name, and generally comes when called. He knows what to do when he heard “outside”, and he is learning “off” and “not for you”. He has even got to the point where he readily sits for a treat! While Bailey is too young for leash training, we think he’ll do great when given the chance.
