Meet Aubrey!

Aubrey is a stunning 38-pound brindle girl, estimated to be around 3.5 years old. She has a playful spirit and absolutely loves toys—especially a good game of tug-of-war with her foster brother!

Likely a working or herding breed mix, Aubrey thrives when she has something to do and enjoys staying mentally engaged. She literally looks like a miniature Dutch Shepherd or Malinois with her gorgeous brindle coat and intelligent gaze. She’s a smart, focused pup who is attentive on walks and politely stays by your side without pulling on the leash.

At her core, Aubrey is incredibly sweet and people oriented. She adores attention, happily soaking up cuddles and belly rubs whenever she can. Eager to please, she’s currently learning her manners with her foster family and making great progress every day. She is mostly potty trained and is trusted to roam free when left home alone (she just hangs out on her bed or the couch) since she is crate adverse.

Aubrey loves other dogs. She is definitely an alpha girl so we wouldn’t recommend a home with another alpha dog, but she plays very well with other submissive dogs and could also be happy as an only pup. She loves her meals and prefers not to share them with her dog friends.

Aubrey would do best in a home that can give her love, guidance, and opportunities to stay active and engaged. In return, she’ll offer loyalty, affection, and plenty of playful energy.

Aubrey is being fostered in Austin, TX and is adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States.
