Meet Aston, a gentle soul who appreciates snuggles and affection.

Aston is a super sweet and easy-going boy who thrives with lots of love and nurturing. He does initially come across as shy, but with patience and love, he comes around pretty quickly, and then you’ve got a loyal sidekick for life!

Aston adores playing with his best friends, the foster dogs in his foster home! He is very playful but also loves to cuddle up with his humans. He forms strong binds with his humans. Just watch out, he is known to be a heart-stealer!

Aston loves belly rubs and will roll over to ask for them whenever his humans are close. He has an adorable habit of sleeping on the back of the couch like a cat. He really is the sweetest, snuggliest boy who is just looking for love.

Aston is around 6 months old and weighs 30lbs. We think that he’s a Chihuahua Australian Shepherd mix, but he somehow turned out to be remarkably calm and laidback.

Aston thrives with structure and love. He would benefit from a home where his people are willing to work on his confidence through fun games and consistent reinforcement. He is crate trained and walks super well on leash. He’s potty trained as long as you stay on top of taking him out regularly. He shows signs that he needs to go out, so pay attention to that.
