Meet Apricot!
Meet Apricot! Apricot is one of six sweet Chihuahua mix puppies in her litter. She is around 8 weeks old and weighs 4.8 lbs. We don’t know what her mom or dad looked like, but we predict that these babies will grow into small adult dogs.
Apricot stands out from her littermates with her creative mind and explorer personality. Apricot is always the first to wake up and start looking for things to do. She is the most curious and active of her siblings, so she’s looking for a forever home that matches her fun-loving spirit!
Apricot loves to play with the large adult dogs in her foster home. She is fast, agile, and strong-willed, so a home without other Alpha dogs is recommended! She likes to demand pets by climbing the sides of the playpen and trust us when we say that it won’t be long before she figures out how to escape from it! Her outgoing personality and energetic mindset will make her the perfect pup for those seeking a pup that keeps them constantly entertained!
Apricot is too young to have tried the leash and, of course, is only very early in working out the whole potty-training thing. But we think that she’ll be a quick study once she reaches a more mature age! She is used to sleeping in a pen with her siblings. She is at the perfect age to start learning about the world! She has started to discover toys and is enjoying this new stage!
