Meet Amber, a beautiful Chocolate Labrador mix who is looking for a loving forever family. Amber gets her name from her amazing eyes which convey her sweet, gentle soul.

Amber is a super smart and trainable pup. She learns quickly with positive reinforcement and treats. She has the sweetest temperament and has flourished with love, patience, and guidance. She loves humans and dogs alike and will make for a perfect new family member for a very lucky family!

Amber is the perfect snuggle bug. She loves to lounge on the sofa with her humans. She adores belly rubs and lovings. She loves to be a couch potato! She isn’t a demanding soul, she’s just here to be loved and to love in return.

Amber loves to play and rough house with her doggie siblings. She and her foster siblings play and run in the yard for hours! While we’d LOVE to find her a forever home with a doggie sibling, we know that she’d be happy as the only dog too. She loves to have a “pack”, be that a 2-legged or a 4-legged one. She simply thrives with the comfort of being one of the family.

Amber is around 1 year and 4 months old and weighs 44lbs. She is fully potty and crate trained and does ok on leash (although she could use more practise!). She is eager to please, and quick to learn. Her smarts and impish personality allow her to learn new commands easily! She keeps herself busy with her chew toys, does well in the house while you are away, and rarely barks. Amber is a bit shy around strangers but warms up quickly with patience and kindness. She is an extremely loving and easy to love pup who will steal your heart.
