Meet Allie!

Meet Allie – A friendly girl looking for some action! Allie is a 7-month-old, 10.5 lb Chihuahua Terrier (and maybe some Spaniel) mix who is looking for a loving forever home.

If you're looking for a pup with endless energy, a heart full of love, and a tail that never stops wagging — say hello to Allie! She is an adorable, loving, playful, lively, and friendly ball of fluff who's always on the go and ready to make you smile.

Whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, or her 8:00 pm zoomies in the backyard, Allie is all in. She thrives on activity and would be the perfect match for an active family or individual who’s looking for a four-legged companion to keep up with their pace. Allie would do best with another playful pup who is looking for a friend, companion, and wrestling buddy.

When the fun is done, Allie is more than happy to curl up for some well-earned snuggles. She's got the perfect blend of playful spirit and affectionate charm. Allie is great with all dogs and has been friendly to kids too. She is 80% potty trained, fully crate trained, knows to mind other animals’ boundaries, and loves everyone that she ever meets! She could use more experience with leash walking, but she has tried it and does pretty well for her age!

Allie is a survivor too! She is a strong girl who was born with a life-threatening birth defect – she was born without an anus! But she fought like a champ through two surgeries and several treatments without one complaint. And she made it through to other side with incredible spirit and is now completely healed. She just needs a little daily medication that can easily be added to her food and is very affordable. With consistent monitoring along with her vet, we've been able to reduce the medication dosage. The goal is to wean her off completely if possible.

Allie is going to be sorely missed by her foster family and foster siblings. She's left a permanent paw print on our hearts and whoever adopts this little girl is going to feel that they won the doggy lottery!

Allie is currently being fostered in Texas and is available for adoption throughout the Texas area.
